Thanks for using CollaBoard! Down below you can find everything you need to know regarding how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our application.
Your Data, Protected
The need to store your data comes from the fact that CollaBoard is based on Microsoft Azure. We chose this service because of its security and flexibility and we collect your information solely for the purpose to provide you a stable and secure service to work with.
What we do with your data:
- We collect and store your data only to provide you the best possible service
- We collect your data because this is how Microsoft Azure works
- We only collect statistics around the usage of the subscriptions and licenses
What we do not:
- We don’t provide your data to 3rd party vendors nor partners
- We don’t provide your data to Marketing Agencies nor Advertisers in general
- Because of the sensitivity of the data, nobody has access to them (other than the ones you agreed to give access to)
- We keep your data secure using https and a strong encryption, together with the robust Azure infrastructure
- We DON’T, in any way, look at nor process your data
Account. We collect, and associate with your account, information like your name, email address, phone number and payment info. This is for the solely purpose of associate the subscription to your account and for letting you renew your subscription when it is about to expire.
Sharing. When you work on a project and share your Key and Code, you automatically agree to give consent to a 3rd party to get access to the information you are sharing. IBV Informatik AG is not, in any way, responsible for something that is shared. You are also fully responsible for the type of data you upload on CollaBoard. When you use our Services, you agree to work on any kind of data CollaBoard supports and the data is fully owned by you and you only. If you think there is a breach in a project, or if you shared a project by mistake or, if you shared a project with a 3rd party and you decide not to share it anymore, please contact us immediately at collaboard@ibv.ch.
Type of Data. As the App evolves, our Developer Team can add/modify the type of data supported by the app at any time. You will be notified (through an email or through our website) when there are changes on the type of data you can collaborate on.
Data Retention. We’ll retain your Data for the entire duration of the Subscription. As we don’t want you to lose any information you stored on CollaBoard, we added 2 more months after the subscription has expired so you can easily contact your reseller or us directly for a subscription renewal. All the subscription packages work in the same way as we want you to have a solid and continuous service that will not end immediately the day after the expiration date. After 3 months, and if you decided not to renew your subscription, your data will be erased permanently.
Data Location. As per the Microsoft Azure architecture, your data may be stored anywhere in the world on any Microsoft Data Center. If you want a different solution (hybrid or On Premise) please contact us at collaboard@ibv.ch.
App Features. When you install CollaBoard, you agree to use it “as it is”. IBV Informatik AG can change features any time and changes will be posted on the website as we as in the Microsoft Store.
Responsibility. You are fully responsible of the data you upload on any project in CollaBoard. IBV Informatik AG does not monitor nor process, in any way, your data, so storing any file, supported by CollaBoard, it is entirely your responsibility. We believe that our users will make good use of the data stored in their projects. If you witness any kind of misbehaviour, misconduct or misuse of these data, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately at collaboard@ibv.ch. If this happens, IBV Informatik reserves the rights to deactivate a Product Key at any time.
Privacy Changes. As we want to continue to provide you the best possible service, we can change the Privacy Policy at any time and we will inform you (via email or through our website) when this happens.
Use of SalesViewer® technology:
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.
In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.
The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. In this case, an opt-out cookie for this website is saved on your device. If you delete the cookies in the browser, you will need to click on this link again.
